  • We currently are not permitted to serve as a commissary kitchen for Food Trucks in Forsyth County. 

  • We have the following commercial-grade equipment ready to use:

     

    -Two Full-Size Convection Ovens
    - Six Burner Gas Range and Roasting Oven
    - Fryer
    - Industrial Mixer
    - Bakers Station
    - Raw Meat Prep Area
    - Dishwasher
    - Personal Lockers

  • Not currently, but we are planning to release dates on when those classes will be starting at the Enterprise Center soon!
